Refund Policy/ Cancellations
Subscriptions to OPCC LLC are non refundable after your payment is submitted & processed. Users agree to the term length of subscriptions that they purchased on our website & understand they have full access to all past & present content for that period of time.
Billing is automatically recurring & can be canceled any time by you the user. There are no partial or prorated refunds for any reason. i.e. Buyers remorse, changed mind, outside circumstances etc.
Be sure to have all questions answered before signing up.
You will have immediate access to all past & current content on our private discord, Private blog on our website.
If you wish to cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle, Please submit a cancel request to Admin@optionsprochick.com & we will be happy to cancel this for you.
Please request at a minimum of 3 business days, before your billing renewal to avoid being accidentally charged. Customer service is available M-F 8am - 5pm EST. If your renewal is scheduled for a weekend, please be sure to have your cancel request in beforehand (3 business days) to avoid being charged for a renewal.
It is your responsibility to let us know 3 business days at minimum to stop the auto billing process.
Subscription Services Agreement
Your subscription fee entitles you to immediate access to published informational & educational content from OPC on our website, private twitter & private blog. You agree to pay your specified recurring fee to view our content (past & present) & discussions that we publish. You are authorizing OPCC LLC to charge your card on a recurring basis as a recurring subscription that you chose until you decide to cancel. If you ever have issues accessing the content, Please reach out to Admin@optionsprochick.com for assistance & we will be happy to assist you.
Service Availability
OPCC LLC & www.opccpro.com affirm that there will be days without service or without new content being published throughout the year due to vacations, market closures, personal matters, lack of market opportunities or any other natural or unforeseen circumstances. There is no guarantee of available content every day. There will be no partial refunds for "days" off. You are paying for a rolling 30 day period of time & have full access to current & past published content for the entire duration of the month. Some days there will be more content, other days there will be less.
Performance
Our past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not invest in any stock, option or security mentioned on www.opccpro.com or on our private twitter. All information is just for informational purposes only. What you do with the content is 100% your responsibility. No guarantees are ever made. Termination
Your subscription can be terminated at anytime by OPCC LLC without notice or warning if any terms are broken on our site.

All subscribers or users/viewers are not allowed to copy, forward, distribute any charts, tweets, discord posts, blog posts or any of OPCC LLCs content without written permission from "OPCC LLC /OPC/Optionsprochick".
No third party software or bots will be granted for use. Any person(s) found guilty of using any form of our content, logos, trademarks without expressed permission & documentation from OPCC LLC will be required to pay fines for infractions.
The sharing of passwords to access shared content is always strictly prohibited. Any violation will be documented & your subscription will be terminated without a refund. By accepting these terms above you agree that if you are found to be sharing, distributing or providing access to content you will be charged for the price of the services multiplied by the number of times or by the people the content has reached by your distribution. This is not limited to one month, but every month until this infraction ceases. The minimum amount of damages if you are found to be sharing any OPCC LLC content, distributing or providing shared access is ($150,000.00 USD. ) payable to OPCC LLC
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time for misconduct, or for any infractions listed above.
Modification & Discontinuance
We reserve the right at any time to modify ,delete , discontinue or suspend information, content, service without notice.
