Refund Policy & Cancellations
Subscriptions to OPCC are non-refundable after your payment is submitted and processed. Users agree to the subscription length they have purchased and understand they have access to all past and present content during that period.
Billing is automatically recurring and can be canceled at any time by you, the user. There are no partial or prorated refunds for any reason (e.g., buyer's remorse, change of mind, outside circumstances).
You will have immediate access to all past and current content on our private Discord and blog.
If you wish to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, please submit a cancellation request to info@opccpro.com. Please request this at least 3 business days before your billing renewal to avoid being accidentally charged.
It is your responsibility to inform us at least 3 business days in advance to stop the auto-billing process.
Subscription Services Agreement
Your subscription fee grants you immediate access to published educational content on our website, private discord. You agree to pay your recurring fee to view our content (past and present) and discussions that we publish. You authorize OPCC to charge your card on a recurring basis as specified in your subscription until you decide to cancel. If you encounter any issues accessing the content, please reach out to Info@opccpro.com for assistance. Any chargebacks for failure to pay after services are rendered can result in you being sent to a collections agency, this can hinder your credit.
Service Availability
OPCC affirms there may be days without new content being published throughout the year due to vacations, market closures, personal matters, lack of market opportunities, or other unforeseen circumstances. There is no guarantee of available content every day. You are paying for a rolling 30-day period and have full access to current and past content for the duration of that month. Some days will have more content, while others may have less.
Performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not invest in any stock, option, or security mentioned on opccpro.com or our private discord. All information is for informational purposes only. What you do with the content is your responsibility. No guarantees are made. Contact a licensed broker/dealer for information on stock performance.
Termination
Your subscription may be terminated at any time by OPCC without notice or warning if any terms are broken on our site.
Intellectual Property
Subscribers or users/viewers are not allowed to copy, forward, or distribute any information, Discord posts, blog posts, or other content from OPCC without written permission. No third-party software or bots will be granted for use. Any person(s) found guilty of using or sharing our content, logos, trademarks, etc., without expressed permission from OPCC will be required to pay fines for infractions.
Sharing passwords to access shared content is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the termination of your subscription without a refund. By accepting these terms, you agree to be held liable for the distribution of OPCC content.
Modification & Discontinuance
We reserve the right to modify, delete, discontinue, or suspend content, services, or information without notice.
Member Testimonials
Testimonials received from various sources (email, Twitter, Discord, etc.) are based on personal experiences and may not represent the experiences of all members. OPCC is not responsible for any opinion or testimonial. We are merely passing along information as we receive it.

All members agree to maintain a positive and professional environment free of degrading language, slander, racism, politics, or violence. All members agree to speak in a professional and non-offensive manner. Solicitation of other services or self-promotion is prohibited.
